I’m Natasha. I’m here to help you move through the real estate process with clarity, strategy, and a sense of ease. I grew up in the Bay Area and moved to Los Angeles in 2008 to work at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Seventeen years there taught me how to lead, communicate, and solve problems calmly under pressure. Those skills shaped how I show up for my clients today.

I bought my first investment property in 2011, which opened the door to a world I didn’t know I’d fall in love with. Since then, I’ve acquired additional properties in Glendale, Pasadena, and beyond. I’ve screened tenants, handled repairs, managed operations, and learned the ins and outs of what makes a property successful.

I understand the real emotions and real numbers that come with every decision. My background helps me see the full picture and guide clients in a way that feels steady, strategic, and human.

Outside of Real Estate...

  • I live in Pasadena with my firefighter husband, our firecracker daughter, and our socially awkward pup.

  • I love being a mom. It’s the best and hardest thing I’ve ever done.

  • I adore my three nieces. I talk about them a lot.

  • I play guitar and sing for fun. My skills are… developing.

  • I love strength training and snacking.

  • I’ve watched more true crime than any one person should.

  • Big fan of naps.

  • I love Disneyland but I do not identify as a Disney adult (no shade to those who do).

  • I am endlessly curious and constantly asking people questions. You’ll see.
